I'm a solo indie game developer who's been obsessed with game development for several years. I've been pursuing my aspirations to create my own games, and my current project is an Action Adventure game called "Rabbit Simulator" which I'm developing using Unity. The game is partially inspired by "Hotline Miami", but with bullet-hell & power progression. In addition to "Rabbit Simulator" I've also released a few other games in the past which can be seen in the Projects tab. As a solo developer, I handle everything from programming and art to sound design and marketing. It's a lot of work, but I like the creative freedom and the ability to bring my own ideas to life. If you have any questions about my games or my development process, feel free to contact me at contact@sharkbirdstudios.com. You can also follow me on Twitter @sharkbird2005 to stay up-to-date on my latest projects or thoughts. Thanks for stopping by, and I hope you enjoy playing my games as much as the effort I put into making them.
A lot of top-down shooting / bullet-hell games are in the rogue-like category, meaning if you die you have to start all over. I wanted to make a game where that didn't happen and I feel like there's an audience for that too.
